What we look for
Most of this job is talking to somebody who does not care how it works, only whether it works. Being right and being incomprehensible is not being right.
Undocumented work is work somebody has to do again. We take documentation seriously enough to make it a selling point.
Everyone has broken something by guessing confidently. Saying “let me check” costs a minute and saves a weekend.
